Full payment of the trip cost must be completed at least 7 days before the trip commencement date. Any pending payment may lead to cancellation of the booking without further notice.
Standard hotel check-in time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability and entirely at the hotel’s discretion. Guest cooperation is appreciated.
Transportation will be provided strictly as per the finalized itinerary and will not be available for personal disposal.
Air-conditioning in vehicles may not function in hilly or high-altitude areas, as per regional and safety regulations.

While LB Elite Travels will make best efforts to arrange suitable alternatives, no refund or compensation claims shall be entertained for such events.
LB Elite Travels reserves the right to cancel a booking even after payment acceptance, without assigning a reason. In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded as per company policy.
We also reserve the right to change hotels and/or tour programs due to unavoidable circumstances.
Any form of misbehavior, indiscipline, verbal or physical assault, especially towards the Tour Manager or fellow travelers, will result in immediate termination from the tour without any refund.
Once registered and booked, the trip cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, or resold.
In case of vehicle breakdown, travelers must wait patiently for repairs or alternate arrangements made by the company.
If special vehicles such as 4×4 pickups are required due to heavy snowfall or road blockages, additional charges will be borne by the traveler.

Travelers must take full responsibility for their luggage and personal belongings. The management will not be accountable for any missing or lost items during the tour.
All travelers must strictly adhere to COVID-19 and other applicable health guidelines issued by local or central authorities.
Departure timings are strictly fixed. Travelers must be present on time and keep their status updated with the Trip Manager.
Anyone missing the departure will not be eligible for any refund. The company will attempt to contact the traveler twice before departure.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
The Trip Manager holds complete authority to cancel a traveler’s participation immediately in case of any misconduct, without refund.
A Virtual Travel Manager may be appointed to coordinate and manage the tour operations.
LB Elite Travels reserves the right to take photographs or videos of tour participants for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participants who do not wish their images to be used must inform the Tour Manager or company before the tour begins.
The company reserves the right to terminate any traveler during the tour due to misconduct, anti-social behavior, illegal activities, or breach of rules/laws.
In such cases, the refund will be limited to the unused portion of the trip, if applicable.
